How far in advance should I book?
Weddings: 6-12 months for peak season (September-April), 3-6 months for off-peak Portraits/Family: 2-4 weeks preferred Events: 2-4 weeks minimum Commercial: 1-2 weeks for most projects
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is free with 14+ days notice. Within 14 days, deposit may be forfeited unless due to extreme circumstances.
Do you provide RAW files?
Edited high-resolution JPEGs are included. RAW files available for additional R1,500 (all unedited images).
How long until I receive my photos?
Weddings: 4-6 weeks (Express 2-week option: +R1,500) Portraits/Family: 7-10 business days Events: 5-7 business days Commercial: 3-5 business days (rush available)
Can I share my photos on social media?
Absolutely! You have full rights to share for personal use. Please credit Photos@Carlett Studio when posting.
Do you travel to other provinces?
Yes! Travel and accommodation costs apply for bookings outside Gauteng. Contact for custom quote.
What happens if it rains during our outdoor session?
We'll reschedule at no charge, or move to studio or covered location if available.
Do you offer prints and albums?
Yes! Professional prints, canvases, and albums available through your online gallery at competitive prices.
What's your cancellation policy?
Deposit: Non-refundable but transferable to new date within 12 months Full Payment: Refundable up to 30 days before session, 50% refundable 14-29 days before, non-refundable within 14 days
